BARQI (برقي) is a digital studio that designs and builds websites, digital menus and custom systems for businesses, wherever they are based.

In this notice, “we” and “us” mean BARQI. It covers this website and the enquiries you send us through it.

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Quote requests: your name, business name, contact details (WhatsApp, email or phone) and what you tell us about your project, such as your business type, country and timeline.
• Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

We don’t ask for payment details, and you don’t need an account to use this site.

We use your details to:

• reply to your enquiry
• discuss your project with you
• prepare and send you a quote
• follow up on a project we agree to work on together

• We don’t sell or rent your details.
• We don’t share them with anyone for their own marketing.
• We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
• We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Performance analytics: we use Cloudflare Real User Monitoring (RUM) to understand how the website performs for visitors. A small Cloudflare script collects performance measurements from your browser, such as how long pages take to load, and sends them to Cloudflare for processing. Cloudflare states that this collection does not use cookies or browser storage such as localStorage or sessionStorage.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no other analytics or tracking tools.

It may remember your language choice (English or Arabic) in your browser’s storage, so the site opens in the same language next time, and, for the current visit only, whether the logo animation has already played. Both stay on your device, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

If that changes, we’ll update this notice.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (part of Meta) handles your messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

Quote requests are sent from this website to BARQI’s own application server, hosted for us by Northflank, which also processes basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver the request and limit abuse of the form. They are then stored in BARQI’s own database, run for us by a cloud database provider, and the details you submit are included in a notification email to our team, sent through an email delivery provider.

The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people and automated spam apart. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser for that check, under its own privacy policy. We only pass on what’s needed for each job.

Like any website, this site is served by a hosting provider, which may process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

We keep your details so we can reply to you and follow up on your enquiry. If we work together, we keep what’s needed to run the project. Enquiries are not deleted automatically: if you’d like your details removed, ask us (see “Your choices”) and we’ll handle your request manually.

You can ask us at any time to:

• show you the details we hold about you
• correct anything that’s wrong
• delete your details

To contact us about privacy or make one of these requests, use the form on the quote page and say in your message that it’s a privacy request. We handle these requests manually.

We’ll update this notice as the site develops. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version.
